MICHELE PAPA is an Italian attorney-at-law admitted to the Milan Bar Association specializing in intellectual property, art and cultural heritage law. He is also a teaching fellow in IP law at the University of Parma and member of the Designs Standing Committee of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property as well as of the World Intellectual Property Organization ADR Young group. He has been acknowledged as among the finest emerging intellectual property talents on a global scale by the legal review Managing IP.
Pupil of Professor Cesare Galli, one of the major experts in the intellectual property law field in Italy and in the EU, he co-chaired an independent art and architecture gallery and was a resident contributor to an Italian magazine on industrial design, fashion, art, cinema and literature issues.
